Terms of use

Last updated: September 19, 2026

These terms govern the use of the health tourism marketplace operated by [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] ("Medicoly"). By using the platform you accept these terms.

1. Medicoly's role

Medicoly is an intermediary platform: it connects clinic, hotel and transfer providers with patients. Medicoly does not provide healthcare, is not a party to any treatment, and the treatment agreement is concluded between the patient and the clinic.

Nothing on the platform replaces medical advice, examination or diagnosis. Consult your physician before deciding on a treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye) or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. Accounts and rules of use

To open an account you must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; tell us if you suspect misuse.

Fake requests, fake reviews, acting on someone else's behalf, automated data collection and attempts to disrupt the platform's security or operation are prohibited. We may suspend or close accounts that do so.

3. Quotes, appointments and packages

Prices, quotes and package contents are declared by the relevant provider; final prices and terms are agreed between the provider and the patient. Amounts in price lists may be starting prices for amounts finalised through a quote.

A preliminary consultation (appointment) is for information only; it is not a medical examination or diagnosis and is not recorded by the platform. A package request is an expression of interest, not a binding contract.

4. Reviews

Only patients whose treatment has been marked as completed by the clinic, and who verify with a code and identity check, may write a review. Reviews must reflect real experience and must not contain insults, advertising, contact details or detailed medical information.

Medicoly may decline to publish, hide or remove reviews that breach the rules or look suspicious. Clinics may reply to and flag reviews; clinics cannot delete reviews themselves.

5. Provider obligations and fees

Providers must give accurate and current information, upload the required documents and licences and keep prices up to date. The "Verified" badge shows that the required documents have been approved by the platform; it is not a guarantee of service quality.

The platform earns revenue from qualified requests (leads), subscription plans and other announced services. Fees, the billing period and the lead dispute process are described in the supplier panel and plan details.

6. AI assistant

The assistant guides you on clinics and processes; it does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations and may make mistakes. Do not act on its answers without checking; contact the provider for definitive information.

7. Limitation of liability

Medicoly is not responsible for the outcome of services provided by providers, the success of a treatment, or disputes between a provider and a patient. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Mandatory provisions of consumer law are reserved.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; significant changes are announced on the platform and the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; jurisdiction rules of consumer law are reserved.
